FAT LAVA Vase “unknown“

The design is grey with countless drops of white paint dripping onto it.

At first glance, the design looks like a Sheurich, but when you look at the construction of the base, it seems different. It's a mysterious vase from an unknown manufacturer.

This type of pottery was produced in large quantities throughout Germany in the 1950s-1970s. Known as "FAT LAVA," it features a texture resembling molten, solidified lava . At the time, there were numerous pottery manufacturers, each selling a variety of designs. The attractive use of glazes and timeless designs are popular worldwide.
